Every online purchase consists of terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. Whenever you make a purchase of any course you are agreeing to CourseDrill’s terms of use, Privacy policy and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: CourseDrill Online Courses:

For Self-paced Learning: 

You are advised to raise a request within 7 days of purchase of any course for cancellation or refund. You will lose a chance to avail refund if in case a user has already consumed more than 25% of the course or downloaded EBook. Any refund request raised beyond 7 days of purchase time will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

For Instructor Led Training: 

For Instructor-led courses, you are allowed to raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase of course.  The participant will lose a chance to avail refund if in case he/she has already consumed more than 25% of the course or attended online/classroom training or received recordings for more than 1 day.  

You will also lose a chance to raise a refund request if you have downloaded an EBook. Any refund request raised beyond 7 days of purchase time will not be accepted and no refund will be given. 

For Post Graduate programs: 

For all postgraduate programs on CourseDrill, there is no refund option will be given for part/full payments.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom training:

CourseDrill has a right to postpone/cancel or change the location of an event due to a wide range of reasons which include trainer sickness, insufficient enrolments, natural calamities, political instability, etc.

Following are the essential points to be noted: 

    1. If CourseDrill cancels training you will be refunded with 100% of the course fee. The delegate loses a chance to get refunded if he/she fails to raise a refund request within 10 days of purchase of a course.
    2. In case CourseDrill cancels or postpones an event the participants will be rescheduled to the next classroom training or virtual online training based on his/her choice.
    3. If a participant wishes to cancel an event or program 10 days prior to the event 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    4. If a participant wishes to cancel an event or program within 10 days of the event no refunds will be made.

Available options to raise refunds request: 

To Raise a refund request you can choose from either of two options: 

    1. If the item quantity is one you can raise a request by clicking on the “Initiate Refund” Option. 
    2. If the item quantity is more than the one you can reach us by writing to our support team through our help & support section.

CourseDrill has the right to revise the terms and conditions of this policy without any prior notice. 

Note: All the refund requests will be processed within 10 business days after the refund request approved by CourseDrill.
